Restricted PrepEasy assessment
This root assessment workflow is restricted to authorized PrepEasy collaborators for internal product
testing. Do not share access or use it with patients.
What is stored
When an assessment completes, the submitted JPEG and the validated assessment result are stored in restricted
cloud storage. The result record is associated with the verified account's internal identifier and role. No
spreadsheet record is created.
Privacy check
PrepEasy checks the image for a human face before storage or model analysis. If a face is detected or that
check cannot complete, the image is not stored and model analysis does not run. Only submit an image you are
authorized to use, and do not include a face or other identifying detail.
Storage confirmation
A stored receipt appears only after PrepEasy confirms that both the image and validated result were saved. If
a stored receipt does not appear, treat the assessment as not saved completely and retry.

decisions. Continue to follow instructions from the applicable healthcare provider.
